Introduction

This 35-day Financial Management Executive Mini Master develops advanced knowledge and practical skills required to understand, analyze and manage financial information to support effective business decisions.

The program focuses on financial statements, ratio analysis, investment fundamentals, costing, budget planning and financial risk management. The final five days are dedicated to a thesis project, where participants apply the financial management concepts and tools learned throughout the Mini Master to analyze a real organizational financial challenge and develop a structured improvement plan.
